The first visit/ initial appointment includes an assessment. In order for me to provide a treatment that is safe and effective, I will need to determine what is going on with you. The assessment will begin with an interview based on your health history information. Please do well to fill out the intake form sent to you after booking. 

It is important that we have a complete and accurate health history so that I can create a treatment plan for you that is safe, knowledgeable, and effective.

Deep tissue massages are used to break up scar tissue and break down muscle adhesions (the “knots” we feel in our muscles are muscle adhesions, which are bands of rigid and painful muscle tissue). These “knots” can inhibit our circulation and cause pain and inflammation.

Deep Tissue Therapeutic Massage

Cupping is an ancient Chinese therapy that uses vacuum cups to draw the skin (fascia) up into the cup and separates the layers of fascia. This helps increase blood flow to the  individual levels (tissue/fascia) to help relieve muscle tension, improve circulation, and reduce inflammation.
Cupping is blended with massage therapy to provide therapeutic treatment with optimum results such as reducing muscle tension.

Cupping Massage

Prenatal massage  provides relief from sore muscles and swollen joints during pregnancy. 
The primary treatment goal is to promote a healthy pregnancy by including relaxation techniques and providing a supportive environment as part of every massage. Our prenatal cushion provides a comfortable position for an amazing treatment!
